When you tell us the holiday home you want to rent and your dates, confirmation will be requested from the villa owner regarding the availability of the dates, and after the confirmation, an option will be placed for you (for a maximum of 24 hours). (For recent dates, the option period may be 1-2 hours.) You must fill out the request form and submit a deposit within this period. (Deposit payment varies between 20% and 35% of the total payment depending on the villa.) You can make this payment by bank transfer or credit card. (If you want to pay in 3-6-9 or 12 installments with your credit card, the bank adds interest.) The balance amount is received in cash (Cash) on the day of arrival.

Once the deposit is received, a "Reservation Confirmation" will be sent to you in writing (e-mail, message) within 24 hours at the latest. In the reservation confirmation, the total fee, the deposit amount received, the balance amount and the dates on which the villa was reserved in your name are stated.

A damage deposit of varying amounts depending on the villa is collected at the entrance. Upon check-out, the villa will be checked and if there is no damage, this fee will be refunded.
